methodology
Our engineering department works methodologically in 6 phases to take on the complete development of the process, including all the details of the production process:
Economic and technical feasibility of the project. Design study and validation of prototypes.
Selection of the optimal production processes, management of the necessary resources and means and planning of the development of the industrial project.
Confirmation of assigned costs, setting of KPIs, resolution of problems, implementation of improvements, certification and homologation of the product.
Execution of production under the highest quality standards, according to the defined phases and the established costs. Monitoring of the production process.
Verification of the optimal conditions for the manufacture of the product, on a small or large scale, reliably, within the deadlines, cost and quality defined.
OTS Group is constantly innovating, consistently reviewing processes to optimise protocols and identify opportunities for improvement.
It is essential to guarantee quality standards in each process, project and finished product. The quality department is responsible for compliance with this guarantee.
