Own industrial plant

We have our own industrial plant that has 20 state-of-the-art injection machines, between 50 and 1,500 tons, which allow us to work with different injection techniques:

raw materials

Having very diverse machinery gives us the possibility of injecting a wide variety of raw materials, being able to take on projects of a very diverse nature.

  • Materials with all types of fillers (such as fibre/composite, talc, mica, nanocomposite mineral fillers) 
  • Flame retardant, ultraviolet, antistatic, antibacterial, fungicidal, fluorescent, phosphorescent materials

  • Volumetric dosing of colourants and additives supplied in masterbatch, with access to any standard or special colour that the client may require.

Maximum
efficiency

In technical injection we ensure maximum efficiency using the lean manufacturing methodology based on a tight flow line, thus facilitating synchronisation between the different stages of the injection process.

Conditioning of materials and parts

We offer the necessary conditioning of materials and parts before and after injection:

  • Dehumidification of hygroscopic materials 
  • Hydration of polyamide parts 
  • Post-injection heat treatments

Automatic assembly

We have the objective of solving the maximum needs of our clients in industrial production, and for this reason we offer additional services such as the assembly of automatic components or the decoration of parts at the machine.

When the technical injection phase ends, the end of the industrial process is reached, then all the pieces of the product fit together definitively, and the project is closed.
